Internship

Students who wish to complete their compulsory internships during the 2025–2026 Academic Calendar Year mid-year (interim) period must submit their internship applications through the Internship Management System, which can be accessed via https://stajbasvuru.iyte.edu.tr/login and has been actively available for use as of 07.01.2026.

Since the system is new, an “Internship Management System Student User Guide” has been prepared to help students carry out the application process correctly and completely, covering key points from logging into the system to completing the entire application procedure. The guide can be accessed through the relevant link under the “Forms” menu on our Faculty’s website, and it is also shared with you as an attachment.

In addition to the internship document, a certificate of entitlement (“Müstehaklık Belgesi”) obtained from https://www.turkiye.gov.tr is also required by the Dean’s Office.

The certificate of entitlement to be obtained via https://www.turkiye.gov.tr must be submitted with the internship information form.
