Internship Opportunities
Two technical trips for Introduction to Food Engineering course in the 1st semester, 1 technical trip for Principles of Food Safety and Quality Assurance course in the 7th semester and 1 technical trip for Sensory Analysis in Foods course in the 8th semester are organized. At the end of the 3rd year, students have to complete a minimum 20 and maximum 30 days of Summer Practice at a food processing plant or research and development centers of food companies.
