IZTECH Food Engineering on September 25—Food Engineers’ Day
As the Chair and Vice Chair of the IZTECH Department of Food Engineering, we attended the special event organized by the İzmir Branch of the Chamber of Food Engineers (TMMOB) on September 25, Food Engineers’ Day, to honor our profession’s first graduates as well as colleagues marking their 25th and 40th years. We proudly commemorated the establishment of our first department in İzmir 50 years ago and the graduation of our earliest colleagues from this beautiful city, and we were pleased to take part in this meaningful gathering held at the Historical Gasworks Cultural Center in Alsancak.
