The research project entitled “Production of mycoprotein, an alternative protein source, from sustainable feedstocks using a biorefinery approach”, led by our department faculty member Prof. Dr. Ali Oğuz Büyükkileci, has been awarded funding under the TÜBİTAK-ARDEB 1001 Programme.

In the same project, Prof. Dr. Şükrü Güleç serves as Consultant, and Dr. Kevser Sabancı and Dr. Cansu Özel participate as Researchers.
